Christopher J. Evans, DO
A Solid Educational Foundation.
“Although my dad is a physician, I never pictured myself following in his footsteps growing up. I wound up completing my college years as a biology major hoping to teach others. But I changed my mind in graduate school and finally decided that medicine really was my true calling. I did a general surgery internship during medical school and became excited about all the new ways surgeons were able to make people better. So I became a surgeon and have no regrets about not becoming a teacher because I like helping people get and stay healthy, which also includes teaching them how to take better care of themselves.”
